1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your creative investment. Since MerchFlow delivers bespoke digital creative services, branding packages, UI/UX designs, and multimedia assets, refunds are subject to the following rules:
- Digital Downloads & Asset Packages: Refunds for downloaded creative files are evaluated if delivery links are defective or inaccessible and cannot be resolved by support within 24 hours.
- Creative Design Packages & Projects: Cancellations requested prior to design concept presentation are eligible for a 100% full refund. Once initial design drafts or master vectors are delivered, revisions are provided according to the package scope.
- Retainers & Subscriptions: Ongoing creative retainers can be cancelled anytime before the subsequent billing renewal cycle.
2. Timeline & Mode of Refund Settlement
• Refund Processing Duration: 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval.
• Mode of Refund: Credited directly back to the original payment source (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI ID).
• Cancellation Duration: Cancellations must be requested within 24 to 48 hours of payment or prior to service commencement.
Once a refund is approved by the merchant or platform administrator, it will be initiated immediately. The refunded amount will be credited directly back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on bank processing timelines.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers can request cancellation of services, memberships, or scheduled orders within 24 to 48 hours of purchase by emailing help@digital-merchflow.com. Cancellations for recurring plans take effect immediately for the next cycle.
